What is your return policy?

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Each design is unique and no two are alike. Because they are handmade, there will be slight variations and imperfections. 

If there is a problem or they arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your earrings being delivered. Email us with pictures, your order number and as many details as possible. Our email is ebonydesignstudio@gmail.com.

What are the earrings made of?

The earrings are made with the highest quality artist grade polymer clay. After being shaped and sculpted, we bake every piece in the oven until the pieces are fully cured.

They are all durable, yet slightly flexible. Given the fragile nature of the clay, be sure to handle with care. The surfaces of the clay can be easily scratched by harder materials so please be mindful where you store them or lay them next to.

Makeup, oils and other dirt can be easily removed from the clay components. Use a wet paper towel or tissue and put a tiny amount of handsoap on it ( clear works best), CAREFULLY rub the soiled spot gently. Use a dry paper towel or tissue to rub dry. 

Is the hardware hypoallergenic?

Yes! The posts, which goes in your ear are hypoallergenic stainless steel. The default jumpers are stainless steel. The jumper metal hardware can be chosen on the product pages. 

When can I expect to recieve my order?

All orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days and wil be ready to ship. Priority mail shipping times apply. Please allow for extended shipping times due to USPS COVID-19 delays. Tracking information for each purchase will be provided. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try to process your order as soon as possible. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please visit the checkout page for additional details. Please allow for additional times as many countries have extended customs screenings due to COVID-19. All customers will be responsible for customs taxes, fees, duties and VAT.

Do you take custom orders?

We would love to make you something special! Send us an email to emaildesignstudio@gmail.com with a picture if possible and a description of what you have in mind. We will get back to you within 7 business days to let you know if we can accomodate your special design.
